   The staff at Aldi mawney road were amazing this evening. My husband has early on set dementia and he went in to the shop and got confused. One of the staff called me to let me know he was there until I was able to get him. Thank you so much really appreciate appreciate it. 13/12/25

   Great store to go for quick shopping. They have a good variety of items, especially for this festive period. There are different types of biscuits, cakes, cookies, and Christmas pudding. I find that they have a nice and affordable wines selection too. I do find that some items are pricey like meat produce. They have a nice selection of freezer items, too.

   Very poor customer service by duty manager vil... today. Went to the Q and she said go to the next till as she is going to close.. when unpacking my stuff she still continue to start serving customers... I had to stay longer and People afrer me been served.. unprofessional. Hope some one in the complain department look in to this and give feed back to her.. date25/03/2023. Time. 13.22.35 EFT NO 5752

   Quality of fresh produce has come down in recent months whilst the jump in prices couldn't go unnoticed. Staff has become less helpful, mostly there is none to help find things, perhaps efficiency drive has taken away good in them and are crushed by management to barely manage what can be done with limited numbers.

   This ALDI is probably one of the best supermarkets in Romford. The store has a wide range of products and has bonus extra items in the middle isle which changes weekly. The produce is extremely fresh and they also discount any products which are coming to the end of their best life. This supermarket is my choice for my weekly shop as the staff are always friendly and eager to assist with any questions or queries.
