This is my local asda and most staff are very helpful and accommodating especially one who stands out is Monika. Monika was really fast and efficient to seve the customers infront of me, and knew what they wanted e.g. the customer must be a regular to where she gave him his cigarette. Monika walked with me to find a product that I was struggling to find. Thank you. Tou were so kind and friendly. I think some staff there should look at her as inspiration to care for the customers. Thank you, its always a delight to be served with a smile.
This is my nearest store and really enjoying the quality service for 15 years. I was trying to use the Pamper vouchers for my new purchase and the staff call MONICA was turned me down by saying that I can’t use the voucher for the particular size because the picture wasn’t there. I came out of the queue and tried to read the back of the voucher. It was clearly mentioned that I can buy any size. I had to queue up again and showed her that I can buy any sizes. She was arguing with me saying the picture of the product wasn’t on the front of the voucher. Soon as I showed her the back of the voucher saying I can buy any pamper product. She didn’t even say a single word or sorry instead she started to scan the voucher. What a worse attitude and rudeness. I wasted 30 minutes because of her careless behavior and rudeness. Soon as she finished serving me she started to smile at a white customer. This is a disgusting behavior and very wrong. She shouldn’t be on the front counter doing all this disgusting things.

My experience was very bad, I buy helium gas and 3 balions. When I get home I try to used. But the tank was empty, so I went back to store maybe they can help my, I went to store back, instead they help my they starting investigation, its means I laying about the gas bottle emty, they found one paper from one balion inside the box. So they not believe what I try to tell them, even manager they tell my you can buy next We give you 5£discount, way you try treat my like that pay more no shut be, and like We don't care. And of this we agree I bring it back like a profit balion so they give my exchange and filing balions, ok but this thirt time I going here, so come back its ok, everyone wery quiet manager bring another and than gas tank was something wrong as well they cant open it, so they bring another bottle so now is third one than was good and they starting filed up, the one balions as well was broken 2 gas bottle broken No one ho working here don't have Identification card no names I don't know. I didn't here even sorry of my time. customer service were poor.
This Asda has free parking and the store has all the necessary you will need for your home. I wish they would have more deals in the store.
Very spacious and clean toilets. The parking lots are very nice and large. Also, a separate area for Taxi/Cab pickup and drop-off.
Congratulations to Asda for introducing new shopping trolleys. Yesterday when I passed the supermarket there was enough trolleys for customers to use even with the number of people shopping
This Asda has a bakery and clothing store inside. Unfortunately there is no pharmacy which is a shame for how large the store is. There is ample parking and electric charging points available. You can also click and collect at this store and two cash points to withdraw money are available.
