If you’re going to close the shop to customers ten minutes before your displayed closing time. Why not change your closing time to avoid wasting so many people’s time. Apart from Sunday trading law I doubt it’s Asda policy to deny customers earlier than stated closing time. Incredibly inane and unprofessional. Would be understandable if it was properly stated anywhere.

I have been a loyal ASDA online customer for over four years, ordering regularly every week, and until recently, I never had a single issue. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with your delivery drivers have been extremely disappointing and upsetting. The driver was from Asda Romford for what I was told when I called to complain During my latest delivery, I was spoken to in a rude and aggressive way by a driver who became verbally abusive when I asked for a few minutes to take my shopping inside. This behaviour was completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated that way in their own home, especially when they have been loyal for years and pay £3.75 per delivery. I have reported this incident to the store manager and have decided that I will no longer use ASDA delivery services again. I hope ASDA takes this seriously, trains its drivers properly, and ensures no other customer has to experience the same treatment. — A long-time ASDA customer who expected better service and respect.

The standard of customer service at this store is consistently unacceptable. Each visit highlights the same ongoing issues: staff appear untrained, disengaged, and completely unsupported by management. It is evident there is little to no oversight in place. The claim printed on staff uniforms, *“happy to help,”* is frankly misleading. In reality, staff show the opposite attitude. When approached for assistance, they rarely speak, instead offering dismissive nods as if the customer is an inconvenience. This behaviour is not an isolated incident but a pattern seen across nearly the entire workforce. For a business that relies on customer loyalty, this level of service is inexcusable. I strongly urge senior management to review CCTV footage and witness first-hand the unacceptable conduct that takes place daily. It is baffling that such consistently poor service has been allowed to continue unchecked for years. Unless significant improvements are made in staff training, accountability, and management presence, this store risks losing even its most loyal customers.

This is a superstore! You'd get all you want here. Well stocked. This store is continuously improving for best customer service. Recently they acquired double door fridges for perishable food, so all edibles are now displayed in glass's rides. Makes display tidy and of course kept food fresher. There is parking which is free for the first 2 hours if you make purchases of at least £5

I just want to say a massive thank you to Maria from the home department from me and both my children, you helped us massively tonight! I had an express order supposed to come between 1 and 2pm which showed as delivered and hadn’t actually came and I was worried about my children’s dinner being on the plate. Maria spoke to my family all day and helped my dad to the van with all the shopping she also gifted me flowers, sweets for my kids and upgraded some of my items as a kind gesture! I cannot express our thanks enough and I hope Maria gets recognition for her amazing work and compassion, you’re a lovely lady and you’ve brightened up my night after a very difficult day thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ the flowers are BEAUTIFIL

It's pretty big. And it's also well-sectioned. You can get a lot from this store. The staff are friendly too when my self-checkout system was locking me out at intervals because of bagging, I thought they will get tired of me calling them but that wasn't the case, she was always happy to help. Though the trolley can be a nightmare. The lock is faulty at times and you see them all over the place, even at the bus stop.

I'm not really impressed at fresh meats. They had poor dates. The checkout is self-service, and on countless occasions whilst scanning my item's it kept saying that i need assistance to continue. How frustrating so I won't be doing a weekly shop at asda again.

Consistently bad customer service. Parking is awful and often double charges as machines are broken. Click and collect is so slow, it’s quicker to pick-up items from the shelves yourself. Avoid if you can and go to Sainsburys! Or anywhere else…

Security guard not doing his job. Alarms were going off, he didn't even check peoples shopping. He gave 3 different people a thumbs up as they set off the alarms when they left!! 3 times in the space of waiting for my daughter to use the cash machine
