Nice and clean Morrisons. Friendly staff and lot of checkouts. Happy with the layout and salad bar fully stocked.

I asked a member of staff where I could find a product. She told me frozen turkeys were in the freezer section. I looked again and couldn't locate them. I asked her again if she could show me. She responded in a aggressive voice and said there is the manager over there ask him. Both times I asked her in a calm and polite way. I looked again and asked a male assistant, he informed me they were expecting fresh turkeys in next Friday but he wasn't sure about the frozen ones. He was very polite. Two weeks before Xmas and no turkey in stock seems a bit daft tbh. While in the store, several lights went out. I used the gents' toilet, and the floor was flooded and it was smelly. I decided to leave and go to Sainsbury's in Crawford! (Where I was able to buy a turkey.)

I am very grateful for the exceptional assistance I received today. The store manager was incredibly helpful, addressing my needs with remarkable speed and efficiency and with a positive attitude. His understanding of my situation was the best, and offered to help me very quick. I truly appreciate the positive and supportive experience. This level of service is was exceptional.

The manager named Ben Hudson is one of the most unprofessional and frustrated people i have ever come across. I asked a simple question if they had a certain item in stock as it wasn't on shop floor and i wish i didn't. He then breaths heavily at me and gets mad over the littlest things when i asked him if he could check for me at the back for me. I've actually known a few staff members from the past that have left because of him and i can see why.

Excellent local store, we go there every time. Love morrison's little butcher and fish monger stores.

A very dull and dark store, they seem to not turn all the lights on anymore, some aisles are really dark and dingy. Overall it's not very welcoming and makes it harder to shop overall. I've found the self serve tills unstaffed constantly with the person on them doing other tasks, thus causing large queues when issues arise. I've always found the deli and hot food counters to be understaffed constantly with one person staffing both counters at once. Overall a pretty poor store to shop in, needs more staff and lighting to be at a comfortable level.

Miserable and depressing. They usually have funky and avant garde music playing but not today.. There was very limited fruit and veg and what fresh ingredients they had was very uninspiring. Just seems a lack of care or passion or interest, im sure they used too. The picture attached was from a supermarket in France last week.

I popped into a good, well-stocked store with a large car park and plenty of car parking space. The shop itself was fairly large, with a good selection of food and clothes. The only negative I found was the weak mobile signal in store, which made it difficult to phone the missus if I needed to check something on the shopping list. With only two staff on the till and not a lot of staff overall, it can be difficult to get stock distributed, and there also seems to be no aircon and leaking fridges. Despite this, however, I remain loyal to the store, as the people who work there - such as the fish monger lady, the butcher, a few kitchen staff and till assistants - make my shopping experience enjoyable.

Sadly this store isn't as good as it was.. the range of products ranging from food to toiletries have fluctuated & declined over time. It is highly annoying that the products are constantly being moved and changed, which makes a quick visit to the store to pick up a few items impossible, resulting in walking up & down store isles like an idiot, wasting time & energy.

Ample parking, plenty at the butchers counter, plenty at the fish counter. Options for hot fresh food, plenty of options at the deli counter. My local sainsburies is closer but I opt to take the drive here as it always seems to have more on offer.
