   I recently moved to Erith and went to buy a vape from this shop. Usually I go premier on manor road (great shop never had no issues) but as I was on my way somewhere I decided to pop in here. The customer service from these people are disgraceful I bought the vape for £6.49 (which is overpriced , should be £5.99 max) and when I opened the vape the coil was damaged I’m assuming from the warehouse , it wouldn’t heat the oil but light up and nothing would come out when I tried to use it. It had a very burnt taste. Obviously I went back to explain with hopes to get another one ( I never requested a refund) and the shop keepers became very defensive refusing me refund (which I never asked for) and told me to contact the vape brand and get my money back. Trying to argue with me with a very thick language barrier , completely not trying to listen to me and shaking their head when I was trying to explain. I left the vape at the shop and claimed a charge back with my bank , but just avoid this shop by any means there are so many decent off licenses in the area with nice shop keepers who actually care about the service they provide to their customers. These people are money hungry and clearly need the £6.49 way more than I do. Just pathetic.

   It's a modest store/off licence. But it was most certainly a godsend up until they turned the Style and Winch /Boundary pub into a Tesco Express store. I imagine business must be tough for Simba since then. If I had my way, I'd turn the Tesco Express store back into a pub, when you've already got a store it seems senseless to have another. Bring back the pub, write to your local MP and tell them that the Government needs to stop over taxing the Pub industry. Save our pub, it's part of British culture.
