   The woman i spoke to at the store (very poor line) was extremely rude when i asked about my order online. I spent £36.12 but only 5 items arrived. I only received sausages, bacon, 2 loaves of bread and tomatoes. The woman refused to arrange delivery for the rest of my items and refused to give me a refund for my missing items. The woman was extremely rude.

   It really does annoy me when i see "deals" such as buy one snack for 87p... or two for £1 What a total rip off, essentailly trying to force me into shifting more of their stock when I don't want two items. Why can't they sell 1 item at 50p.... much like other stores? Whilst the staff are ok, Mccoll's make a branch of WH Smith or a Motorway service station look good value compared to this store. Since Mccolls/Safeway took this store over, both the quality and range of items has diminished. It may be a easy for when returning from London on the train but for the sake of an extra 2mins walk.. I'd rather walk elswhere. The sooner this store is taken over by a Spar, Tesco or Sainsbury's the better

   Well stocked convenience store. Slightly more than your usual supermarkets, but for the convenience, what you expect. Plenty of choice and they also have a deli counter for fresh sandwiches. Staff are friendly. Only downside is sometimes the queues and take a while. Especially when topping up utilities etc, due to a poor internet connection.

   Yes i agree, it is expensive compared to the large supermarkets but, it is a convenience store after all. Certain members of staff could well benefit from a short course in customer services-and etiquette; just a smile now and again, no more 'tutting' or thunder faces please. We pay your wages don't forget.
