   I needed a holidaying in the Sun so I went to my usual Tui Store in Retford. There i saw Mel the Tui representative, who was really wonderful and helpful and as soon as I said I wanted a winter sun holiday, with a difference and suggested, South Africa, and showed me the brochure, I'm going with my Partner, and I knew she would like it.So I asked Mel that i would liked to book that holiday, and She was so helpful, that i would book all my holidays at the Tui branch at Retford

   We visited today 16.8.25 with a view to gain further information on a potential trip to Rome. The lady who saw us ( her name was Mel ) in the Retford branch was so informative & knowledgeable. She answered every single question we asked & offered so much more information in relation to the area we were looking at. We feel so muvh more confident in booking our holiday knowing there is someone there that is very experienced. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She is a real asset to your team there.

   Great customer service, nothing was too much trouble in finding my perfect holiday. A big thank you to Daniel for going above and beyond to make sure my holiday met all my requirements at the right price. Finding a family holiday for a family of 11 (all with different needs) was proving difficult for me. However, after contacting the store everything was sorted with speed and efficiency. This was due to the quick responses either by telephone or email. I will definitely be giving them a call when I’m ready to book my next holiday Janice and Steve

   We've booked our Wedding Holiday today via Ryan. He's spent the last couple of weeks helping us narrow down our destination, making sure it's best price, telling us what's included in our Wedding package, leading to today and helping us finalise the booking. We felt so stress free and he explained everything to us along the way. He's been fantastic, helped make today a special experience for us, even sorted us a save the date pdf with all the relevant information regarding the wedding to send to our guests. Can't recommend enough.

   When booking my holiday with Ryan, it was fun quick easy and we had the best time on the holiday he found us to Greece. The all-inclusive holiday to Greece as my first all-inclusive - food was amazing and he definitely picked a great spot for us too!! Will go back to book for next years late summers holiday, as the time of year we chose yo go made it affordable for us too! Thank you Ryan :)
