Rang store about our family holiday we have booked, as were a lot of questions I had before the trip and a partner with severe anxiety, I was going out my mind, spoke to a lady she was fantastic, from start to finish, put my mind at ease she was able to fully answer all my questions, and I didn’t feel rushed on the phone like I previously have before, and at the end of the conversation she said nothings any trouble just call back if your worried about anything else! I was very unhappy about a situation which occurred with my booking and flight times, but the ladies in the Doncaster store were on hand to take on board my problem and acted quickly and professionally to resolve the issue.
