   Went instore with details of a trip...price 1,400 more than booking the holiday direct with the hotel...asked agent at Hays for price for flight only but never got back to me...said she would email me but had no intentions of doing so....very dissapointed

   Very friendly and helpful staff, got us the cheapest holiday like for like by far. Unfortunately due to family member death was unable to take holiday, but there staff were absolutely fabulous. We will be returning here to book again when covid 19 allows is to travel.
