   We booked our trip to New York through the new shop at Parkgate Retail World today. Great experience all round. Louise looked after us. She was fantastic. Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly with myself, mrs and kids. She is a star. Managed to get us booked even though flights were not readily available as of yet.    Had a great experience when visiting TUI Superstore (Parkgate). Every member of staff is so lovely at this store, but I was seen by Sara first who sat me down offered me a drink, went through 5 or more wedding venues with me and when we found the one I fell in love with she went into so much detail, showed me everything I wanted to see and more which reassured me about the venue massively. I want to thank her for booking my special day and sorting all the contract documents out with me she really made me feel at ease as I was a little worried about booking. I also want to thank Simone who has also been working with Sara and helping with my wedding, she’s gone above and beyond for me these past few months. Emailing me photos across, answering questions, staying in contact with me 247 and letting me know she’s there to help whenever I need it. She is such a kind hearted girl who absolutely loves her job and is amazing at what she does. We can’t wait to book more holidays here as a family, I highly recommend speaking with both these girls if you visit this store!!

   We had looked at holidays online so had an idea about what were wanting but it was reassuring to speak to Lorna as she was able to clarify a few things. Lorna made some useful recommendations and made booking the holiday exciting and stress free! She printed out all our paperwork and said we could call with any questions we may have. I would definitely recommend TUI Rotherham.
