   I put my request in at doctors on 18th they received it from doctors on 21st but it takes olive 7 days to let me know it’s ready it absolutely ridiculous plus the staff don’t even accept responsibility for it try blaming the doctors absolutely rubbish chemist

   As if for them them to take over 40 minutes to get a prescription of 3 items isn't bad enough. When I asked them as to why it was taking so long and explained that I had a baby in the car with my partner, I was met by a very aggressive and rude female staff member, she told me wait as others were in front and it will be ready when it's ready. The funny thing is nobody since I arrived was still waiting and they had also served about another dozen customers that had since arrived after me. Terrible pharmacy and utterly useless staff.

   Increasingly frustrated with this pharmacy, the original remit of the business was to provide an accessible pharmacy service outside of the hours of the opening hours of Kilmany surgery. The pharmacy is now in the surgery and subject to it's opening times. So no longer provides the additional hours that it used to. Alongside this, when it's busy i.e. more than 3 people in there it takes upwards of 15 mins to get a prescription (if they even have the medication available). Overall disappointing.

   Ordered a couple of inhalers from the surgery reception and was told they’d be ready by midday next day. Popped in next day at 4pm and the woman at the counter told me it’s not ready and she’s go sort it at the back. Took 40 minutes for the inhalers to come round the front! In the mean time others were coming to get their prescriptions and all were being told they would have to wait while their prescription is prepared at the back, none were ready! Really bad service and there must have been at least six people at the back.

   I had a prescription given by the doctor for medication that is quite difficult to get hold of at the minute. Zola the lovely pharmacist gave me a call to let me know that he'd managed to get hold of some for me. So helpful and much appreciated ☺

   The pharmacy delivery service is amazing. The driver Parvais always goes out of his way to bring my daughters medication. He makes sure medicines are delivered on time. Thanks for the amazing service.
