The whole team are amazing, I’ve dealt with a lot of the team on separate occasions and always been impressed with how professional they are. I think I’ve deal with Tracy, Neil, Sarah, Reece, Rose and Georgia before, I’ve definitely been helped by more people but unfortunately cannot remember there name. Millie at Mansfield was very helpful, she had to find the TUI booking numbers for five separate bookings from a different branch, before having to process five separate payments. Her patience and help in making it quicker for everyone the next time we go to pay something was truly appreciated. Millie was very pleasant and it was a pleasure to deal with her.

I had to write a review because I was so impressed and grateful for the fantastic service I received today from Reece. It was first time in years I have booked a holiday and I was really anxious. I am so glad I went into the branch today as everyone was welcoming as soon as I got walked in. Reece was professional, patient and knowledgeable. He has helped me to find and secure a holiday with all the requirements I had. He matched the online price but also went above and beyond to help me navigate through everything. Reece was attentive, kind and really put me at ease. I wish I could explain how brilliant he was! Highly recommended if you need someone to help guide you when you have requirements as his knowledge was invaluable. A real credit to Tui and someone I will always go to for future bookings. Went into today to book our honeymoon. Tracey was brilliant and helped us choose our holiday and answered all our questions. Excellent and great price on the holiday. The store was also very welcoming modern and clean. Will definitely use again.
Called into the Mansfield store to book my next getaway as I always book with them. It was very busy when I arrived, but a lovely lady on the advice bar checked me in and informed me I was in the queue to see an agent. The same lady offered me a hot drink, the coffee was lovely! And I asked for a brochure to browse whilst I was waiting! Had a flick through a brochure and enjoyed my coffee and about 10 minutes after entering the shop, I was told there was an agent ready to see me, so the lady from the advice bar walked me over to Reece, introduced me and let him know what I was looking for. Reece was absolutely fantastic, from the get go he was very friendly, took real interest in my past holidays and we got to looking for my next one! 45 minutes later, I’d found the perfect holiday, and to a place I wouldn’t have considered before, but am thrilled that Reece took the time to introduce as an option! If I could give more than 5 stars for my visit to the store, I absolutely would!
Cannot tell you how good this Travel Agent is. Made a booking with Paige - was brilliant and sorted everything for us. She has even been to the place we are going to and gave us some great tips on what to do there. From the moment we walked in she made us so welcome and gave us a few places to look at that we had not thought about. She discussed with us the type of holiday we wanted and made sure we didn't end up in a noisy resort. All in all she was excellent and will definitely book with her again. We booked a holiday to Turkey for 3 weeks in the summer, the service we received was second to none, a young lady called Paige seemed to know exactly what we wanted and recommended the hotel, swim up pool and onsite restaurants which was very helpful for us. She showed us several other hotels at different prices in different locations so we had a better picture of what was on offer, we were very happy with the professional service we received and will definitely book with her again.
