   Awful customer service..no one ever on hand to man the checkouts. The staff are rude and I'm afraid to say stuck up. I spend roughly 200 a week in there. I Today was the last straw. Left at the self checkout while staff just walk past. It would be okay of this was the fist time but it's constant. So I left my items there and went to the co op instead which had a far higher level of service. This particular store will not see another penny from me. Sort it out Sainsbury's

   Rude morning staff! Terrible experience i hade coffee no sugar i ask for sugar the gril saying oh we don't have sugar at the moment next minute the guy come up with the whole trolley of sugar she just can't be bothered to ask the staff to bring it out ! definitely a bit of customer relation training would be good for them…and the business …

   The staff are rude, insulting and very unhelpful. They need disability training and customer services training as at the best of times they couldn't care less about customer service! This is the worst Sainsbury's local I have ever been in. My advice is go down the road to the co-op store.

   Got introduced to this shop by someone I know. Wasn’t the easiest of places to find as signs not too clear at the industrial area. Once your in, floor plan is easy to follow. Everything else was fine, lots of world food as at reasonable level for the shop of this size. The bakery is near the exit, which is a bonus should be looking for grab and go

   Convenient for 'basics' shopping. Usual selection of Sainsburys products & mainstream brands. Not as large inside as you might expect but it adds to the food shopping opportunities around Borough Green & useful for its proximity to the station etc.
