    Owner is so rude, forcing me to buy something to be able to use the service. My wife came out crying, I went in saying “why did you shout at her?” He said “how can I be shouting, I am deaf, I just speak loudly”. Regardless, that is not the point. No one needs to buy anything to use a FREE service. He clearly signed up to these postal services with the hope that people would come and buy something. His own expectation led him to disappointment! Don’t sign up to these systems if you can’t accept they’re free for the public to use!! Rude, rude man. He said never come back. He was aggressive, and tone disgusting. Clearly, a desperate, sad, and depressed soul with no love in his life, received, or given.

    Disgusting shop, extremely rude owner. I've come here on 2 occasions to send a yodel parcel, on the 2nd time the owner starts to tell me if I want to use Yodel service I have to buy something and that I can't use this service for free. I explained that I never knew that was a condition of using Yodel service (which it's not) and next time I will bring my card with me to buy something. He gets angry and tells me next time I come to post a parcel he will not serve me as I have come twice and not bought anything. He continues to verbally abuse me until I walk out the door. Am really shaken by this experience and unfortunately will never be back :(
