An evri parcel showed as received at their shop. They did not have the parcel . Very unhelpful and struggled to understand basic instructions . I showed them the email with all the details showed it was received at Londis . Avoid
More recent staff here are quite rude. Always on the phone whilst serving. ATM charges for use Prices are high. Alcohol especially Brewdog beers are ridiculous. £7.50 for 4 small cans lol Big unit on the side of the building is VERY noisy. Think I might complain to the council.
The staff that was serving on 29/08/23 at 2000 hours, that had very poor English, was very extremely rude. He refused to take my return which was boxed in original package, as it needed an external box. To be honest Amazon quoted ‘’no label printed or box required’’, as my item was a faulty return anyway, however I had the box and was still refused. I don’t think this man has a clue about his job and will be raising the matter to Evri an Amazon. Also it raised my attention he charges cash in hand to sell packages, I think that’s his little hustle on the side, I wonder if his boss knows. This is not the first time he has been extremely unprofessional as before he tried to keep extra of my change, I wish I didn’t give him the benefit of the doubt.

Stay away ! The worse customer service , you will just waist your time . They are providing services they know nothing about, they don’t know how to handle customers and be prepared for the rude reply. I came here to send my UPS PARCEL I had everything what required, shop assistant just refused my parcel because he didn’t copy of my invoice. This is just not normal , educate yourself first ! This was very unpleasant situation and I was treated really bad over a parcel. We are not in India ! You are in Uk, have some respect !
Great customer service but tricky to park, had to be really quick so not to get a parking ticket.
Shout out to the staff who tolerate four school kids picking out end of the week sweets and crisps. They always welcome them with a smile. Good selection of stuff too.
Staff didn’t understand English and they were laughing at me while ordering and flicking a pen on the counter like a child. I asked for e cig vape and they say we don’t have when it’s right next. I said you do have it and they said no, I had to point to the big cabinet. I felt disrespected in this shop. Maybe they only welcome casual dressed people and not people that dress alternative or colourful.. so strange.
