Hardly anyone at the tills most of the time and tills are never opened during the last few hours before closing. It’s all self-checkouts. Absolutely ridiculous. Why do I need to scan my own items - I don’t work there. Only one or two staff members are seen in the shop who are busy cleaning or stocking. Get more staff and open more checkouts.

Such a nice Lidl. Well stocked and layout easy to get around. Staff are helpful. Free parking on site.

Really disappointed with Lidles. I took my baby on the bus to go shopping and when we got there both lifts were broken and we were unable to get into the shop. I was left with no food for my baby and there wasn't information about the lifts nor staff to assist either. I then had to get another bus which took a further 40 minutes to buy a loaf of bread and veggies with a very upset baby. This wasn't the first time the lifts were broken and we had to try to get to another shop and pay for the bus to get there either. What really upset me was not only did I have this horrible experience as a first time mum, but I took the time to write to customer services on the 11th of September and although I received receipt of my email they never bothered to reply to my concerns. I used to enjoy shopping at Lidles, however after my experience and feeling ignored by customer service I won't be using them again.

One lifts never works, I had experience today both lifts are out of order. I couldn’t manage to do my shopping as I have a 3 months old baby with me. Also smell and leakage in the car park goes on my car also at the trolley area. Always busy hard to find parking still some parking spots are closed. Queues are long ship always look out of hand.

Lidl is a fast pace store. No different than any other. The store is above ground floor parking. At Peak hours you may nit fine space to park. Stair or Lifts available for shoppers. Looked smaller than average

Good store. Decent variety and choice. Parking a little at a premium but overall, best head for the self serve tills to save time.

This store is conveniently situated on a main road near bus stops. It has a car park which does get busy and if you're parked in the bays ahead as you drive in to the left can find yourself blocked in by the delivery lorries which is frustrating. The store is situated above the car park and is reached either by stairs or lifts , which regularly break down. They seem to only have 1 operator manned till open at a time leading to long queues for both self service and operator manned tills. It's OK for a top up shop, but with limited chilled items and cooked meats on short dates not practical for weekly shop .

I enjoy trying different stores as the experience often varies even though I might be shopping within the same group, as they always say the staff can make or break a store, and it's so true. Lovely store offering great products and helpful staff who always look smart in their uniforms.

Very nice local shop, that I can easily just walk to. And the products there are pretty nice and cheap. However, the product prices have gone up, but that's the same with everywhere, and I think Lidl are really trying. Great shop.
