   I try to avoid leaving negative reviews, but I am extremely disappointed by the level of customer service received at your store by a particular member of staff (it’s not a one-off incident). The young chap in his 20s seems to be more interested in his personal life than in providing customer service (could be due to his very poor level of English). Whenever we pop into your store he is always on his phone or chatting to ladies in a foreign language that makes other people rather uncomfortable. I am quite a busy person and would rather make a purchase and leave, rather than spend time waiting be noticed and served. Also, he has very little customer service skills and is rather rude when he finally gets down to earth to server you. Self-checkout could be a brilliant idea as that would minimise the contact between the customers and staff. It’s not the first time I am spotting out of date products, but I couldn’t get hold of this chaps attention as he had more important things to do on his phone and ignored me (as always). Will be using a café down the road, prompt service and no need to be a lady to get noticed and served like at your place. You lost a loyal bunch of local customers from a nearby office. On a good note- big variety of food to chose from, but watch those b.b.e dates.
