I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to both Lesley and Sade for coming to our rescue when we where told hour before our family fun day was to start some where else to be told it was double booked. They offered us the use of the club and kitchen . Thank you from the whole family you where amazing xxxx
Nice spacious club but limited beer range. Well served by friendly bar staff, including hot and cold sandwiches on our visit too Aintree racecourse nearby.
We attended an event over the weekend which was really well organized, however, the venue - Longmoor Social Club - let them down. Their card machine behind the bar was not working, apparently, which meant all the guests had to get back in their cars, leave the venue to draw cash. The organizers of the event had arranged their own DJ’s who got their equipment set up. Numerous times during the evening, the DJ’s set was interrupted by activity from another room within the social club that fed through to speakers, belonging to the social club, in the hall the organizers had hired. The organizers had to ask numerous times for this to be sorted. The manager offered no apology and was completely “nonchalant” about their mishaps. The staff were not friendly either. All of this did not take away our spirit to party. We were told by the organizers of the event that never again will they hire this venue, nor will they (or the guests) recommend this venue.
Very impressed. Well furnished and clean. Plenty of room. Friendly staff. Would recommend for functions.

Could not believe just how friendly and welcoming everyone was to us, it really made us feel welcomed. Beer and drinks are cheap. Even I enjoyed the bingo. The quiz is loads of banter and could not believe the how good the prize MONEY was. This is a little gem of a club and its a lot safer environment than most pubs theses days.
The Longmoor Social Club is both a members club, and open to the general public weekly from 6.30pm; and all day on weekends from 12.30pm. The club has two main function rooms which can be booked for all types of private functions. It has a fully equipped main kitchen room which is included in any agreed booking of a function room. The club also has four full size snooker tables, in the main snooker room. There is a 70" TV room, and two main bar areas. Ample free car parking is available, with reserved disabled car parking bays. There is full disabled access ramps, and both male and female disabled toilet cubicles. The club provides free Wi-Fi, and BT TV Sport's premier league football coverage.
