   I have needed help booking a special birthday holiday for my mums 70th and Lyndsey has made it so much easier. She has been easy to communicate with and has given me all the information I have requested and more. Lapland has been somewhere that I’ve been wanting to travel to for a long time and I was nervous about getting it right and what we should be doing as part of the package but Lyndsey has been so helpful and given us so many options. We can’t wait to go in December. Thanks so much ❤️

   we visited tui chesterfield last week unsure where to go on holiday, had done some research prior but couldn't make my mind up. Natalie was very helpful and patient and went through each hotel and destination i had shortlisted and answered all my questions, she made everything clear and i was finally able to book my holiday. All the staff here are always happy to help and in would highly recommend visiting to book your holiday.

   We recently booked a holiday in the TUI Chesterfield store, through Ellie Carley. Ellie was very helpful right from our initial enquiries, she was very patient and nothing was too much trouble, she looked into things for us and was very fast at getting back to us. Every time we pop into store now to make payments she always greets us with a lovely welcoming smile. We would highly recommend the TUI Chesterfield store & Ellie.
