Moved my daughter here from a different nursery (as we moved areas) and she has settled so quickly and been so happy. She’s always well cared for, and I appreciate the variety of activities and learning opportunities the team provide. Would definitely recommend.
After an incident with my little boy during holiday club summer 2020 which was held at Avenue road, I believe both members of staff Emma and Laila lack the empathy required to work with children. My son was asked by Laila with Emma’s permission if he had used the toilet and then dragged by Laila from the arm in-front of his brother and friends and was told to clean the inside bowl of the toilet that he had used earlier in the day. My children have not been back since that day and I have no intention of sending them or any other child from my family. The police were informed straight away, but because he didn’t have any bruises, they were unable to help me. Ofsted reply was that the have spoken to Seesaws and cannot speak to me about the outcome. I now have to learn to live with this, feeling guilty that I chose to send them to seesaws holiday club. Emma and Laila have got away with what they did to my little boy and as far as I know continue with their behaviour and still getting away with god knows what. I feel for the children that they are “caring” for and their parents who are completely oblivious to how cruel these two can be. After almost a year and half I still feel so let down and disappointed by the people I trusted to take care of my children. Please do not trust them , management are not interested when things go wrong.
My grand daughter goes to this establishment wouldnt call it a nursery , 4 members of staff have had covide, management not professional,arrogant ,, all they seem to care about is charging a fortune , grand daughter no longer goes here,
My son has been at this nursery since he was 5 months old and is now nearly 4! He adores it, the staff have been loving and nurturing and I couldn't have left him there if I didn't feel he was being cared for to the high standards that he receives. Since moving into pre school the staff have been amazing not only in ensuring he has a head start in numeracy and literacy but also in helping with development stages such as potty training. The bottom line is that this is a place that nurtures and looks after children to a very high standard. I hope that when we receive his school place it's one of the schools close enough by to use Seesaws as his before and after school service.
would never send a child anywhere near this nursery one of the staff told my childs father about her days times showed him pictures absolute disgrace of a nursery be warned parents! he who is abusive and by law is not aloud to see my child and the nursery knew this and still betrayed me and the child protection act !!
