   My wife & I have booked a very expensive trip through Hayes - However as the company have various booking outlets they are not all linked - Very annoying to say the least so even trying to have personal contact with a shop in your local area unfortunately if you have a booking issue they are unable to rectify on that local level. Customer Service is free and any outlet will except your money with a smile - Booking issues are another matter and basically you are hitting a brick wall - All one company yes but all working independently - personally I think that isn’t quite right - possibly commission involvement and different identification software. Anyway we are now trying to sort our problem out by phone - who knows where this will end! So at this moment in time unfortunately I can’t recommend Hayes in our local town as they couldn’t resolve our issue!

   Wouldn't recommend unfortunately they've not been helpful despite saying they have tried, easy jet are absolutely appalling & will not be using hays or easy jet again. 2 holidays later miscommunication on the 2nd has forced us to loose our money due to easyJet and hays miscommunication Highly recommended hays travel at wombwel they have been fabulous with everything we have book with them. Such a shame Barnsley branch let hays down
