   Have just come back from a 5 day trip to Fort William. It was a long drive, obviously, but the driver, Martin, made the time go by so much quicker with his chat and humour. Nice hotel, couldn't really fault it. The coach was possibly one of the older ones but it was comfortable enough and we did have 2 stops on the way. All in all, a lovely 5 days and the scenery was stunning.

   I cannot recommend this company enough! I have been on over 10 day trips and they have always been amazing. Their customer care is outstanding!! I booked to go to Drayton Manor yesterday and got my times mixed up but they made sure I made it to the coach. The driver Glyn was absolutely amazing and a real credit to the company. I will definitely be booking more day trips with them. Globe is without a doubt to best coach company out there!!

   We booked a day trip with Globe Coaches to Skegness. When the coach arrived at the station to pick us up, I thought it looked more like a shuttle bus that takes people to the supermarket, a bit old and tatty. When we got on the bus, sorry coach, it was very warm, obviously the air-conditioning wasn't working or didn't exist. Also I was pleased we had just been to the loo as we were told the one on the coach was out of order. We weren't informed of this before we booked the trip and probably would have changed our decision if we knew at time of booking how uncomfortable it would be to travel on this coach during a heatwave. As we got on our way I became very uncomfortable, there was a large partly open sunroof towards the rear which was letting in a strong breeze of hot air. The windows were filthy inside and outside. Three hours later we arrived at our destination, sweaty and bursting for the toilet. The return journey was even worse. A lot of passengers were complaining. What made it incredulous was when another member of staff (a driver from another Globe coach) came on our coach and addressed us all by sarcastically saying, "ladies of a certain age should take their cardies off", in order to keep cool! Some passengers were not amused by this comment. A few young children on board, became understandably very irritable as they were very warm, as were their mothers, who had to pacify them. After about one and a half hours the driver pulled in a lay by on the A180 outside Grimsby, we thought the bus had broken down, the driven then said, we are having a 5 minute break. Some adults and children then proceeded to get off the bus. I'm not sure how safe it was for 40-50 people including small children wandering at the side of a dual carriageway. My mum has messaged Globe on Facebook, they have said they will message back but we haven't heard anything yet.

   Went on the Whitby day trip yesterday..Didn't catch the drivers name sorry, but very professional at all times .. Perfect sums up both my sons and my day once again like last year's .I'm looking forward to more days out .Will definitely be travelling with you again..Thankyou .

   Just come back from a day trip to York. Although the trip was through our local Co op, I need to put a review about our driver and transport. The coach was clean, comfortable and with all mod cons. The driver Steve was very smart in appearance, professional with a fab sense of humour. He kept us updated throughout the journey, played a good era of music and kept us all entertained. If that is the standard of globe travel, I will definitely be looking for Globe travel from now on. Thanks Steve for making our journey a pleasant one.

   My three friends and I have just come back from the Vines and Lines Trip. We had a very professional driver, Alex whose cheery chat was fun. Thank you Alex. The trip was great, we did think however the steam train trip was boring and could be dispensed with, more time in Tenterden.? Clifton Hotel good, staff excellent, food superior.
