Sent my daughter to this nursery (afternoon session) and they do not take the children outside to play, barely any feedback from staff when picking her up. Do not recommend.
Below 1 star. I registered my child for nursery place in march 2018 for april 2019. And i phoned the nursery 5 times in february and march 2019 and i was told manager will give u a call end of today evertime i phoned. Finally when i phoned 6th time manage to speak to manager and found out my son will only get 10 hours which is only friday (i applied for 30 hours) it took over a year just to find out that he will not get what we've applied for. I have no other arrangments for childcare and i'm due to start my job end of this month. Nobody even bothered to get in touch with me. O was told i get a letter in march (never arrived.. must have got lost in the post) unbelieveable. All i got at the end is SORRY. When i registered i was told he will get 30 hours because i have applied early enough. Not professional at all
