   My son has recently joined Hill West Nursery and I can’t thank the staff enough for helping him settle in. He has already started to build bonds with the staff and they are really going above and beyond for him. He has made some friends and already learnt so much and has started to get a great routine for when he starts school. It’s a safe and friendly environment and I feel at ease when leaving him each morning. Credit to the staff at the nursery.

   My son has been attending this nursery for the past 2 years and has thoroughly enjoyed his time here. The staff truly care about every child and are passionate about what they do. They went above and beyond when my son was not sleeping well and promised him rewards at nursery for sleeping through the night which was a good incentive! All children are treated with care and respect, therefore, the children treat each other similarly creating a positive environment in which they can thrive. I would gladly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a nursery for their child.

   My daughter has been at this pre school/nursery since September and she absolutely loves it! She has the best time everyday and tells me all about the things she gets up to and learns. The activities she does each day are always so exciting to her and always so varied and she looks forward to coming in each day to see her friends and the staff. The staff really are exceptional and go above and beyond to provide an outstanding level of care. They are so caring towards my daughter and nothing is too much trouble for them and they always keep me up to date with any changes. I am so happy I send my daughter here as she has learnt so much and would recommend to anyone looking for a caring, nurturing, safe environment for their children. I can’t wait to send my son here in September! Definitely worthy of 5 stars!!!

   Do not leave your child in their care. Son went to nursury for a couple of weeks their. One day he came out and said he hadn’t had a drink the whole day and drank a whole fruit shoot in one go. He didn’t want to take his coat off so instead of trying ways to get it off them left him all day boiling in it. It’s the worst Nursury ever do not send your child I do not no how they are open all the staff including management should be sacked immediately. The do not care about your child. It’s in a ‘rich’ area yet it’s dated and disgusting

   This is a fairly good school that does what it says on the tin. It's generally well run and achieves good results. Some of the parents though are very demanding bordering on downright rude. Check the press for some of their spats with the school. Quite a few people that worked there that have been glad to get away. But those that stay are generally a good bunch who work hard (perhaps too hard) Some of the TA's have delusions of grandeur when it comes to their own importance, adopting grandiose titles such as associate teacher, when they do not possess a P'G.C.E. or possibly even a degree. The head is marmite; you either love her or hate her. personally I think she does a very good job but others disagree. All in all a sound school. so if you're a parent, cut them some slack.
