   Our daughter loves going to this nursery! She is always happy and excited in the morning, and we can see how much she learns every day. The staff are kind, caring, and really help the children grow. It’s a warm and safe place where kids feel comfortable and enjoy exploring. Our older daughter also been in the same nursery , and she was very happy too. Since they started, we’ve noticed great improvements in their learning and social skills. We highly recommend this nursery to any parent!

   The Nursey manager Ashleigh and every other teacher in this nursery are very professional. My son is a January start, and he has been more outspoken and very happy whenever it is time for school. The teachers are always full of smiles whenever i bring my son in the morning, and when i come back to pick him up at close time.Thumps up to you all.

   My son has recently started 5 Star Day Nursery after struggling to find the right nursery for him, I met with Ashley Nursery Manager before the new year, as my son was a January start, she was nothing but professional and accommodating. My son has now been in 1 week and 1 day he is happy and settled already special thank you to Anita Deputy Manager and Jasmine who have made the transition so smooth.

   Avoid at all costs!!! My son was attending this nursery for 3 months. 4 accidents all head injury’s later we ask for the cctv to be checked as they informed us our son had repeatedly hit his head off a concrete floor outside. Which we questioned as this is not like our child! We were told the member of staff lied and falsified accident report our son had fallen! Still not a explanation to why the member lied and blamed a 15 month old for the injury! Son removed from nursery and they have not even had the common courtesy to tell us the outcome of investigation! Wanting us to go quietly and not cause a fuss!! Ofsted inform and I will be taking this further!!! Do not send your child to this nursery its hard enough to go back to work and leave your child without questioning if you trust the provider!!! Most of the staff on website do not work on the premises anymore as staff turn over is ridiculous.

   My son started here before his 1st birthday and has just left ready for school aged 4 1/2. It has been a lovley journey and my son has enjoyed every minute of it. The staff are brilliant and the managment to date are awsome. I have also noticed a huge difference over the past year with the presant manager taking over and i believe its on onwards and upwards shes really good with the children and my son loves her. I will always highley recomend 5star day nursery to anyone unsure about where to send their children. He was safe and loved and he is now fully prepared for his new journey of starting school thanks to 5 star

   Very caring staff and lots of activities, setting is quite small but plenty going on and they still manage outdoor play every afternoon. Only one star dropped as they took a long time to sort out my child’s learning journal meaning I didn’t get any feedback on his activities for the first four months, but this seems to have been sorted now. The new manager Kirsty seems to be quite efficient. Would happily send my second child here if we weren’t moving out of the area.

   This was once a fantastic nursery with great management and was well deserving of 5 stars however this has since changed and the once exceptional day nursery has declined rapidly with very low staff ratios, no management on site and poor communication with parents. Hayley is a wonderful manager with professional conduct and her absence from the nursery is evident, all the reason listed above and further observations leaves me with no alternative but to give my honest opinion and rate the establishment 2 stars.
