   My son has been attending lessons with Aqua Jems for over 2 years and I can't rate them highly enough. He has gone from not wanting to go swimming and hating getting his face splashed to swimming full lengths unaided and achieving his stage 5. The instructors are so patient and encouraging, and they really make the lessons fun.

   We’ve been taking lessons with aqua Jems since my son was 5 months old and I can honestly say it’s been fantastic. Beckie is absolutely brilliant – patient, encouraging, and always makes the lessons fun and engaging. My son has come on so much since starting, and it’s amazing to see the progress he’s made in both skill and confidence in the water. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend this swim school to anyone!

   I've been taking my daughter swimming with Aqua Jems since she was a small baby. She's so confident in the water, as a result. We love our lessons, and Beckie (our teacher) is brilliant. She makes sure that we feel comfortable and confident with every new move, and that the babies are having fun. Highly recommend if you're looking for swimming lessons for your child.

   My baby boy is 9 months old and has been coming to Aqua jems since he was 12 weeks old. He absolutely loves water and is thriving under Beckies tuition. We look forward to our classes every week and I’m so proud of what a confident boy my son has become in the water. The ladies that run the class are so friendly and always help you if you are worried about anything. Highly recommend! ❤️

   We absolutely love Aqua Jems. The sessions are brilliant and great for all ages. Beckie is so lovely and is such a good teacher. We learn about swim safety, how to safely submerge, all while singing songs and having fun. We have been attending since my little one was 10 weeks old and have continued ever since. He is now 10 months old and we are still learning new things with every lesson.

   My Son has been attending swimming lessons with Aqua Jems for a few years, and his lessons have always been fantastic. The teachers are attentive, caring and always encouraging. After a break from lessons and swimming in general due to covid lockdowns, his confidence had dropped but it soon picked back up again when lessons restarted, and he has made remarkable progress. Jennie and Beckie are very approachable and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending Aqua Jems to anyone. Swimming is such an important life skill, thank you for teaching my son to swim!!

   Absolutely fantastic swimming lessons. My daughter has already grown in confidence and ability in just a couple of months. The lessons are great fun for the children (and parents) and all the techniques are taught through play. The weekly theme changes to keep it exciting and different for the children. Beckie and Jennie are absolutely fantastic. They’re always enthusiastic, supportive and encouraging. The lessons feel like a treat to look forward to. Would recommend to anyone

   I signed up for swimming lessons with this "company". After deciding to leave on the 5th June 2019 i sent a message to the company mobile number explaining we are leaving and my child would no longer attend. We cancelled the direct debit after paying the month of June as our 4 weeks notice. We heard nothing more and assumed all was ok, until we received an email (4 months after no attendance) from Jennie Mitchell explaining that they could not see any text message from myself, I sent proof of this via email to Jennie. Unfortunately i had made a typo in the number and it hadn't been received by Jennie. Even though our child was in non attendance for over 3 months Jennie has decided out the kindest of her heart to charge us a further 3 months even though we had clearly made a typo in the text. She has now sent this onto debt collectors to take payment which we find very sad over a simple and honest mistake. I would advise avoiding this "company" if you are thinking of joining. Plenty of other options available that keep you up-to date with receipts of payments.
