Lovely local shop and helpful people. I visited to get an extra bit of winter pe kit for my kids, also got some oversized elastic trousers too! 10/10 experience
⚠️ BE WARNED -5 stars ...Absolutely shocking customer service...most expensive trousers brought £20 each x2pairs end of summer didnt even last 2weeks, struggled to return trousers as shop doesnt open at times stated. Attempted to return this morning both staff (owner +female) very smiley helpful recalling my irish mom&purchases...then to flip & become very unhelpful even rude & disrespectful...wouldn't exchange said trousers (was offering to sew/repair; explained already replaced trousers due to difficulty returning as shop never open when tried sondidnt need repairing wanted exchange). Then became VERY RUDE ignoring me&refusing to help. I wanted to exchange for jumpers&tie (again brand new brought at same time & broke). If feel this shop is very quick to take your money but refuses to exchange items EVEN WHEN ACKNOWLEDGED brought in their shop prior to realising wanting to exchange, as no receipt *my 75yr old mom purchased &lost but we have other evidence pics&their own ACKNOWLEDGEMENT she purchased from them as he joked & laughed she brought the most expensive trouser (yes laughed at my mom tonthe female, infront of me) beyond DIGUISTED at this poor customer service & will never purchase my kids school uniforms from here BE WARNED ⚠️
Good quality school uniform. I purchased two school cardigans and they are really well sized, good quality material and staff are friendly and helpful.
Absolutely brilliant ordered uniform from CCuinforms in west Bromwich 3 weeks later still no uniform went into First choice out of hope and had everything we need of the rack. Never using CCuinforms again the 2 years running been messed about by them. Will now always use First choice uniforms my advice is don't go anywhere else go to First choice uniforms.
Fantastic service. Brilliant family service from everyone. Friendly staff. Went to buy uniform for my three kids all in different school managed to get everything. They even went as far as making special orders just for my son and kept it a side and texted me as soon as it was in store having to save me a journey. Will recommend A++++
Worse place to buy uniform there no fix price they tell you price whatever they want l first they look at you than they tell they make up price and tell you that should be reported to trading standards and HMRC for tax evasion as they want to get paid chash and they do not give any receipts don't buy uniform from them they will ripoff find some other place to get uniform
