Have been attending Tai Chi classes with Steve for three years. During the pandemic classes have been via zoom which has been amazing. You get to meet friends, have a chat and last but not least do Tai Chi, Very worthwhile.
I enjoy my Tai Chi classes so much. I learn something new each week, the group are lovely and I always leave feeling calm and relaxed.
Tai Chi is an excellent way to exercise without putting stress on your body. The classes are all friendly and welcoming. Steve is an excellent teacher giving you step by step instruction. Come along to a class near you and see for yourself.
If you want to learn about this ancient art and experience it being taught in an fun and entertaining way, then Steve at Central taichi is the person for you. Great classes and a wonderful mix of like minded people.
I have practiced tai chi with Steve mainly on a Friday evening for 5 years or so. Can highly recommend Steve as a teacher, is always on hand to help. Or to keep you entertained with a joke or two. Fabulous.
I do tai chi with Steve every Wednesday, and have also attended a number of his different classes, which I have found to be really enjoyable as well as good for me. The other class members are friendly, and Steve and the other instructors always make sure you're learning and enjoying yourself, whatever your ability.
