The equipment is very run down and there’s lots of duck tape holding bits together, could do with a really good clean also. Cafe was ok very small and not a lot of options.

This is a great venue to take the kids, plenty of space and activity for them to run round and burn off energy. Plenty of assault course to try your skills at ninja warrior. Cafe is reasonable with prices and even a little arcade with games. The venue is suitable for kids and adults so give it a try for a family to get out the house for something filun on a cold wet winters day

Booked a birthday party for my Daughter. 10 minutes after we arrived a huge leak meant the centre was evacuated due to health and safety reasons. Clearly a poorly maintained building put people at risk. We stood in reception for around 40 minutes waiting to be told what would happen. We were allowed back in and left waiting again for around 20 minutes to be told if the children would be allowed back on some of the equipment. We were given food but the children only got 10 more minutes before we had to leave. All this happened on her actual birthday, an initial call from the manager to offer me a partial refund which I declined and she said she’s come back to me, never did and emails ignored. Ruined my daughters birthday

Brilliant place to take kids with great deals on 2 hrs for £10 but my complaint is your told you have buy socks for kids or can't use the inflatable side. Only to watch 12 kids in 1st 30mins and 9 more observered after all enter and play on inflatable area no problem. When asked staff they said oh no definitely no1 without appropriate socks allowed on. So proceed to show them but still it was allowed. Also my grankids where made to bin there slushes as no drinks or food allowed past a certain point again no1 else seemed to, when pointed this out to manager we was given replacement slushes. Seems 1 rule for certain people but a different for others

It’s a lovely adventure play park for kids of all ages Adults included. Various challenges and difficulty to challenge everyone. It really does channel the TV show into a family entertainment package.

Great place for the kids to burn lots of energy and tone up their muscles whilst having fun. The music is a variety as well which is good for the atmosphere. Just need to fix the handles on their slush puppy machines.

Loved this place went with the family kids really enjoyed it and grown-ups also. Probably be best to get there early to avoid crowds and do a 2 hours session its better value and tip if your really into it bring some chaulk for hands or gloves. It's a great workout for all and just fun and after it you can get some food and drink which is cheap and not expensive.

This is a brilliant place for the kids because they have the Ninja Warrior side and the Inflatable side. Was a bit worn the second time we went and not everything was open like the first time but the kids loved it all the same. You need to wear shoes in the Ninja part and socks on the inflatables which have to be ninja socks for £2. A good day out, especially if you can get early bird tickets for £26. Back again in 22 and the ticket and socks have gone up slightly but still an amazing day out.
