We went Sector 8 yesterday for Halloween. Had a great time. Lots on for the kids and staff were great in particular Jodie who is just lovely - been before another time and remembered her from then too - being very helpful and patient with the kids and manning a very busy desk with ease. Great event thanks for having us.
Brilliant time at my lads birthday. 2 girls on shift (reception and 1 in the cafe) had loads to do between the two of them but they could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. Food was boss, kids were made up. René loved it. Thank you
Really disappointed, drove over 40 minutes to attend our booking at 12, shutters down, rang numerous time no answer so left a voicemail. No one called back. Have tried to contact on numerous platforms including email and contact page on website. Still no reply. We were really looking forward to this and I’m completely disgusted that a business would allow you to book knowing they’re not going to be open. Can a manager or the owner please issue a full refund immediately.
Kids loved it! Food was nice. Coffee was OK. The price of the cold drinks are obviously a little bit expensive but kids had such a great time. We had a full 2 hours of them running around having a great time together.
