   We have never used a cleaning service before so decided to take a chance with Homeclean. From filling in the online request form to a follow up phone call, the service has been outstanding. Preliminary information was clear. Our cleaner Lateef turned up slightly late due to navigation problems. He was cheerful, helpful and respectful. He had to work around us as we were in throughout. He worked continuously and methodically until every room was spotless. He used a mixture of our kit and his. He refused our offer of a drink and just got on. We now have a problem. Our house is so clean we don't want to mess it up! Thank you.

   Fred was very punctual, friendly, professional and did an amazing job with attention to detail and was so willing to go over any areas that were needing extra attention and willingly went back over areas he wasn’t happy with. Really appreciated the service provided by Homeclean Team also as they were so efficient and accommodating in arranging the clean for us. Highly recommended.

   Their service is absolutely rubbish. They took my money and they didn't find a reliable clear for me. The cleaner didn't show up and they were unable to find a cover. They didn't want to give me a refund despite they didn't provide the service I paid for. Stay away of this company, don't make the same mistake I did.

   Homeclean have always been responsive to my requirements. Unfortunately there has been a fairly high turnover of available quality cleaners, but the team have always worked hard to find suitable replacements in a professional manner. Good value and reliable. I would recommend them.

   Deborah is simply wonderful! We are super lucky to have her. And repeatedly thank her for the small touches she does as well as her general skills and professionalism. We had thought about going direct with a local cleaner but the admin fee we pay to HomeClean takes the worry out of vetting, insurance and we were guaranteed to have a cleaner that we felt comfortable and happy with being in our home whether we are there or not. It means that we are also safe in the knowledge if at any point our current cleaner chooses to change hours or just go on holiday for a few weeks, they will be able to source an equally professional and wonderful cleaner quickly - taking the pressure of us needing to look for a stop gap. It is such a joy coming home after a very long day into a home that Deborah has cleaned!
