I can't recommend Kingsmaid Domestic & Cleaning Services highly enough. The standard of work from my cleaning lady is excellent. She is always on time, asked if I want anything in particular doing and then just gets on with the cleaning. Kingsmaid always message me the week before and than the day before as a reminder. Excellent Company and staff. highly recommend.
The ladies from Kingsmaid were polite, punctual and efficient. The attention to detail is noticeable. The staff at the office were equally approachable and helpful. Dawn kept us updated on every step. We would certainly recommend their services . Thank you very much:)
Highly Recommend Kingsmaid Home Cleaning Service. After having some building work done I contacted Kingsmaid and they arranged to clean up the mess, left behind from the builders, the very next day. They did a great job as you can see from the pictures and I have arranged for them to come back on a regular basis from now on.
Absolutely amazing service! I have a regular fortnightly clean and my cleaning team are so dedicated to their work, it really shows in the quality of the clean I get. They care about attention to detail and I love coming home from a hard day at work to my home being sparkling! My team are so reliable and really do work their socks off. They are very friendly, polite and are a complete asset to Kingsmaid. The office staff are always very helpful when I call upon them and always go the extra mile! Five star service, highly recommended.
Absolutely wonderful service! I used them when moving in to my new place, which wasn't in the best of states, and by the time I got there it was sparkling. Staff were kind and friendly, and it was very well priced compared to lots of other alternatives in the area. Would highly recommend!
I've used Kingsmaid for a number of years. The staff are always polite, considerate and friendly. I have a fortnightly clean and feel that my home benefits from their service. I've found the office staff equally friendly and approachable. Particularly pleased with my bathroom that was spotless!
Daylight robbery! We used this company as we had known someone local using them, however they are no longer using them either due to becoming unsatisfied with the service. We used kingsmaid for a few cleans on our home and i was amazing on the first clean to find after coming home from work my dirty running trainers along with everyone else’s shoes on my kitchen table because they had cleaned the floor! I don’t know about everyone else but i eat on my table and do NOT want dirty shoes where i eat my meals especially taking into account that this company charges the most i have actually come across. They send you a survey every clean and give you money off your clean if you leave good feedback which is a no brainer however after putting this down to a school boy error we were polite in giving good feedback at a time we were not happy with the service which was maybe the wrong thing to do. After the last clean we were apparently £50 short on the last payment which the company decided to threaten us with a debt collection agency. I would never use this service again and would not recommend.
Used this company when we were moving. Team of three women arrived and we left them to get on with the job. Disappointed to find that rooms still had cobwebs, toilets still dirty, cupboards still had crumbs on the shelves - you could tell they had hardly done any cleaning. We had no choice but to move in and clean it ourselves whilst moving! The company refused to refund saying we should have them back to rectify, but when you’ve booked them for a one off job you expect it to be exactly that - a one-off! Would never use again. They are not the cheapest and therefore I thought they’d be really good. They take your money but they need to focus on quality and customer service. If they’d done a good job on our one off job, we may have used them again and recommended them to other landlords.
Admin/management took a lot of information from me over 2 - 3 phonecalls/emails. Fair enough. But it was evident - after the cleaners had been - that this info did not get passed on to the cleaning team. So what's the point? Apart from grabbing your hard earned cash? On the surface (pun intended) things seemed OK but a few hours/a day later I started to notice things that had been missed. After me explaining to admin why they were priorities. If you're gonna do a job, do it properly.
