Tamara does a brilliant job at what she does. Leaves everywhere spotless and is also really good with my dog in the house and my baby. She is thoughtful. Trustworthy and very reliable. I would like to continue with Tamaras cleaning services every couple of weeks it’s to good to miss out on! Thank you again.
I recently hired Ter Cleaning Services for an end-of-tenancy cleaning, which included a specific request to clean the padding. Unfortunately, the service I received was deeply disappointing. The job done was substandard. The sofa still had significant amounts of fur and visible water stains, and the chairs had noticeable stains left on them. As shown in the video, the storage room floor and the area under the sofa were left dusty, the edges of the bath were dirty etc. These oversights were so significant that after the cleaning, my agent inspected the property and charged me due to the unsatisfactory cleaning, particularly of the padding. Communication was also an issue. I wasn’t present on the day of the cleaning and had requested updates on arrival and departure times, but I received no communication until I reached out late in the evening. This lack of professionalism was frustrating. When I raised these issues with Ter Cleaning Services and expressed my disappointment, the response was initially dismissive. After asserting the deposits might be deducted due to pet furs (wait, isn't clearing the furs one of jobs of deep clean?) and the damages (I only told them about the charges on the unsatisfactory cleaning), they did offer to fix the issues afterward, which I appreciate. Nonetheless, I would not expect these to be concerns that I had to point out after the initial cleaning.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend their services to anyone. I had a very disappointing experience with TER Cleaning Services. Their cleaning was extremely unprofessional, leaving many areas untouched. When I complained, they blamed it on my house not being clean in the first place. If my house were already clean, what would be the point of hiring a cleaning service? The logic of this company's director is truly baffling. It seems like their main goal is to get paid without actually doing any work.
I had a telephone conversation with Tamara first to discuss the job. She was very professional but also understanding. Her team were very personable but also highly focused. They did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend TER whether it be for a one off deep clean or a more permanent weekly arrangement. 10/10
Very disappointed. Cancelled twice at short notice- the second time despite Tamara saying she was 100% definitely able to come and do the clean. Put me in a difficult position.
