I called smart clean in a fit of panic as I had the in laws coming over for the first time and the dog had done its business on the carpet. Stuart was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he juggle his diary around to Squeeze me in, he even worked late on a Friday night and left the carpets BRAND NEW!!! Really professional service from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the results and it was obvious that he's experienced as he was very knowledgable about the products required and various methods used. Highly recommend & 5 stars!
