   Having just moved to a first floor flat, my windows were grubby, but I couldn't reach outside to do them myself. I noticed Grant cleaning another property nearby, and approached him and luckily, he came straight over and gave them their first clean. They are spotless.    After recently moving into my new property there was a lot of maintenance tasks that were required, one of which was clearing the blocked gutters and as we live on a main road cleaning the windows soffits and facias. Grant was extremely professional, he arrived on time as arranged, gave me a quote that was reasonable and explained everything. All out gutters are now unblocked and windows have never been cleaner! He used high quality professional equipment such as a gutter vac and a pole system for the windows and I can really tell the difference! Would definitely recommend and happy to have him now regularly maintaining my home.
