What an amazing experience all round. We needed to find a professional cleaning firm who could deep clean our house before we handed over to new owners. After several uninspiring responses we came across Paul and Lisa at Bright and Beautiful Stockport and from the original conversation, through the quotation process then the actual clean they have been excellent. Great communication, great professional team, did exactly what they promised, were very thorough and the team were friendly, professional and Robyn, Fin and Chanelle worked brilliantly together. This was my first experience of Bright and Beautiful and it was great. The house looked great when they’d finished and had a lovely clean, fresh smell. We have been using Bright and Beautiful (Hazel grove) for over a year now and are very happy with the service Lisa and Paul give us. Although, due to Covid, our team of 3 has sometimes changed over the months, we find the level of professionalism doesn't change. The standard is the same, even if a new team comes. We recently took the offer of laundry/ironing of bed linen, and after I complained of the strong smell of the softener, the next batch was perfect, no softener having been used. This is what I appreciate with Bright and Beautiful, they listen to their clients.

We had our first clean today from Bright and Beautiful and all I can say is Wow! Excellent service, the staff were great and the house looked exceptional… even my teenage step daughter walked in the house and commented on how great it looked (and she never takes notice of anything!) I was really impressed with the extra care and details which were taken during the clean; the cushions on the sofa were arranged nicely, the toilet paper corners folded, kids clothes folded on their beds- just fantastic! So pleased I’ve got these guys coming to clean our home every 2 weeks! Thank you Bright and Beautiful Stockport!
