   The rudest person to ever step foot in our house upon entering he was arguing that he cannot take off his shoes before getting on the carpet showing extremely poor attitude and making condescending remarks. After he finished "cleaning" the carpet which looks exactly identical to before he was shouting after being told his service was not good enough to be charging full price. Bearing in mind that upon inspection by other carpet cleaners and other members of the house there was no objective difference in how the carpet looked so it was a complete waste of money. The "mans" shouting and poor behaviour frightened us to the point were we payed him the money to just to get his tools and leave the house and leave the other room we asked him to do. From the moment he stepped in he was a horrible person for the job and should never be in the homes of others.

   The service, communication and professionalism offered was excellent! We had our large corner sofa cleaned by Bee Clean in a couple of hours, and the clean up and after-care advice given was very thorough, and helpful. The only reason it isn't a 5 star review, is because the primary reason for getting the sofa cleaned was to remove the odour from our cat having urinated on part of it. After all had dried, the stains had gone, but the odour of the cat urine on the one part was still there, and was still as strong as before. To be honest, I can't compare this outcome to that of any other professional upholstery cleaners, and it may be that the odour from cat urine is simply too embedded to clean out. That said, the rest of the sofa feels like it's had a new lease of life, so I would recommend using Bee Clean for general furniture cleaning for sure!

   We've just had Scott from Bee Clean come to our home and do all carpets, sofas, rugs and actually our car seats (prep for baby 2) and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The place smells amazing, everything is fresh and clean and the finish impeccable. I will be using again for sure in future and recommending to all my friends and family.

   Great, open and honest customer service. Our leather suite was quite badly stained and whilst the marks haven't come out, it is clean and looks a damn sight better! Very open about the fact leather stains easily and what I should expect. Worked quickly and was within the time bracket discussed. Would use again
