    My daughter didn't progress in a year by a single stage with them, yet jumped 5 stages elsewhere in 6months. That sums it up. Swimming isles are also very narrow, so only one child at a time swims. And very Long wait in between. Half hour lesson flies past on standing and watching the not good swimmer or two being given all the attention. I'd call the teachers such as Lucy corrupt and dishonest.

    Had Gem for over 12 years with all my kids and no one will do a better job as she loves what she does. One of my kids has several disabilities( adhd, autism, muscular dystrophy)but she still taught him. Absolutely fantastic.

    My sons has been going since he was 4 months old, he is now 2 and still going. His confidence in the water is amazing to watch. The lessons and instructor are brilliant and help to build your confidence in the water with your child and to learn what you can do together. At the end of each term you get photo of your little one for no extra charge (unlike waterbabies).
