   Fantastic service from Jordan at fresh fibres!! I dropped a tin of green paint down the stairs all over my beige carpet and was recommended fresh fibres, Jordan went above and beyond and tried his very best to get the green paint out, first he came and completed a test patch at no cost to ensure the job was possible which I thought was excellent service as they didn’t want to waste my money or their time and Jordan then came back to complete the job, I am so happy with the results, to get such dark green paint out and now we don’t have to replace the carpets we are really greatful and I felt the price was so reasonable for the time and effort he spent here. Jordan was very professional and knowledgable and also friendly and I felt very comfortable with him in my home. He also gave me details and prices for other services I asked about such as general carpet cleaning and other furniture.. I will definitely be using the company again, thanks again :)

   Great job done by Jordan. He explained what he was going to do before he started. I was really pleased he managed to remove paint stains from the landing carpet. We also talked about other services the company offer, which came as a surprise: worktops, floors etc. He was very knowledgeable. I’d be very happy to recommend and intend using them again.    Fresh Fibres operative was very polite, arrived promptly following a phone call saying that he was on his way, and helped me to move some heavy items to facilitate the cleaning of my spare bedroom, and hall, stairs and landing carpets. The carpets now look and smell much better - almost as new for my 25 year old carpet, and I am really pleased with the quality of the company's work and service at a cost that I felt was reasonable and competitive. No hesitation in giving a 5☆ rating

   Amazing customer service from beginning to end. Mum booked them for me, and they agreed at such short notice and that being for Christmas Eve too! Was absolutely amazed at the job they did on my carpet! Have a cream carpet, which had every shade of juice spilt on it by my toddler, was shell shocked when I saw the result!! They literally got it back to what it was when I had it put it.. So professional and fantastic service all round! You can tell they’ve invested a lot into the products used to clean. And the amazing smell of the carpet cleaner used wow! I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!

The booking was efficiently handled: the cost was known in advance (without the need for an additional pricing visit); the technician was respectful and cleaned his shoes before entering the house; the carpets are spotless with no marks remaining; payment completed by card over the phone. The only improvement would be to enable scheduling of a tighter arrival time slot- other wise 5 star service

   First time I used fresh fibres and I am actually very impressed. Got recommended off a friend and thought they wouldn’t be as good as he said and honestly they were even better! Highly recommend there services. You won’t be disappointed.    Excellent service and communication. Carpet looks and smells fresh after I thought I'd ruined it by trying to clean it myself. Full disinfected too, leaving us foot covers to stop stains returning until it's dry - and looks as good as it possibly can. Oliver explained everything he was doing, showed me it in action and left us satisfied with the job. I've added a before and after of one of the sofas which had a big yellow stain on to show the difference. Would thoroughly recommend. Bacup, Lancashire.
