   I hate to give this place a bad review but the Caribbean woman running the shop had such an attitude while serving me and considering I came in for a quick visit with a polite demeanour it was completely uncalled for. The only reason I haven’t left a 1 star review for this place is because I have been served by the gentleman that runs the store and he is much more pleasant and professional.

   Well they say here that they close at 23pm, I was here at 22:10 to pick up a parcel and they shut the door on my face saying "come tomorrow" EDIT: I'm not the one to tell someone how to run a business. But if you're closing early and you didn't update the hours on Google (fair enough, we are all busy) - but 1st at least tell your customer politely when they can come tomorrow (since apparently they stop pick ups at 8pm) and 2nd - do not insist on them to delete bad reviews the next morning!

   This mini market is a mini market, i dont know what to say. But other than that, it is good honestly. the staff is nice, and treat you well. i have absolutely no idea what so negative about the staff, they are honestly super. The products are affordable. Overall, it is recommended to come here, not because of the affordable products but with the people treating you nice. ;]

   Experienced abuse from a staff member this morning. He seemed to be keen to get me out, I went in to buy some water and to check the address as had a dhl delivery and wanted to check I was at the right place. He screamed at me and was aggressive, just wanted to get me out as quickly as possible, I suspect he was possibly trying to hide some kind of illegal activity from me as otherwise why would he behave like that?

   Just gave them a parcel I was returning with DHL, not even an hour later and it's already been picked up and is in transit, very happy, definitely gonna use again!

   Terrible people that run this place. Wouldn’t process my DHL parcel, said that they would do it “later” and I had to leave my parcel without any proof of postage. Said they didn’t care. I did not leave my parcel with them.

   I have just used the DHL shipping service at this location. Although I completed all documentation on-line, when I arrived I was told that the confirmation references I had been sent could not be used and I had to complete forms again. There is no flat surface in the shop so had to balance on shelves to write the forms. There appear to be no enforcement of Covid regulations, with no social distancing and some customers without masks. A number of errors were made when inputting information resulting in a 3 day delay with arrival of my documents while I wait for agent errors to be corrected by DHL. Initially the agent wanted cash for the transaction (over £75) yet was happy to accept card from customers who were purchasing items for less than £2. Overall an unpleasant and stressful experience. I will avoid using this agent again

   The best western union , dhl , ria and money gram service in London. The shop owner is very nice and polite when serving customers and the shop sells absolutely everything you. International foods that make you feel like your home and absolutely amazing food and vegetables all year round. The shop is always open when I need it and great costumer service during opening hours. This is definitely a good place to shop for all your holidays shopping , this shop is Canning Towns best
