    If you’ve ever stared at your Xero screen thinking, “How did I even manage that?” — Sue is your person. She’s been my Xero guide for years, and I honestly don’t know what I’d do without her. From setting it up to sorting out my little panics (“Sue, I’ve had one of those moments again...”), she’s always kind, calm, and never makes me feel like a nuisance. She explains things in a way I understand, even if it takes a couple of tries. And she always, always makes me feel supported. I highly recommend Sue, especially if numbers make you want to run for the hills.

    I cannot recommend Sue enough for all of your Xero needs! I had to put a years worth of accounts on this new system and as I am a seamstress I wasn’t used to being sat at a computer! Sue was really patient and a great teacher. Nothing was ever too much for her which made this process a lot easier. Once I’d got used to the basics I came back to Sue to help me learn more about what Xero could do for me and I just absolutely love it. I can see everything that is going on in my business at the click of a button. I feel at ease to contact Sue at any point and she will always be happy to help and advise what’s good for your particular business.
