Throughout that time the team were professional and thorough, covering 365 days per year without issue. On top of that the company went above and beyond the remit to help with extra hours where needed following large events, often at short notice. The Harrison family showed a keen interest in supporting the business in many other ways - providing an extra level of security at early mornings before the management team arrived, providing staff cover for the washrooms over the busy Christmas periods and spending many days deep cleaning following major refurbishments over the years. Poor company, I think the cleaner/owner(son) was smoking whilst cleaning the place smelt of smoke for days. Used Harrison for years, but the Son has took over and I feel he doesn't have a clue! Shame really, used to be great but I'd avoid from now on.
