   Through an unfortunate set of circumstances our lovely home ended up looking like we were competing to be recognised as the local tip. It took a lot for us to admit that we needed help. We were worried about reaching out, but those worries melted away the second we met Helena and Kerry of A Star Cleaners. There’s just something about them that is so personable and comforting. Anyway, this review is about the clean. Both worked for the best part of a day carrying out a deep clean top to bottom. I could have cried with happiness when they were finished. I genuinely think it ended up cleaner than when we moved in, and that’s saying something because it’s a new build. I’m not entirely sure what sorcery they used, but I didn’t want to let go of them. I’ve now requested their help weekly because you can’t put a price on the massive boost to mental health a clean home brings. Also, communication is excellent. They can’t always get back to you instantly because they focus on the job at hand whole heart and mind, but they do get back to you. Thank you Ladies!

   Helena and Kerry did an amazing job on our house, they were very speedy and thorough and the whole place was left spotless. They are great at communication and we’re happy with the little extra bits I asked them to do. All in all and excellent service would highly recommend.

   I’m afraid I wouldn’t recommend. Three times we have been let down by them now not turning up or cancelling 30 mins prior with no contact on two of them & me having to chase them. It’s very sad as having very young kids I really needed the support weekly & recruited them to reduce my workload & stress yet I feel stressed out by their inconsistency. They have successfully turned up & cleaned the house twice in the 5 weeks to a satisfactory level but missing certain things like the shower screen in bathrooms, dust in bedrooms. They seem nice ladies but poor to no communication. I hope this reviews is taken constructively & they learn communication & reliability is key to successful business

   Helena and Kerry started to clean my house two weeks ago. I was so impressed with their work that I asked them to come every week. My house looks beautiful from top to bottom. They work so hard and everything is done so well. They bring all their own cleaning materials and my house smells amazing when they leave. I would recommend them without hesitation.

   Absolutely brilliant, my house looked amazing and smelt so fresh and clean. I work full time and have 4 dogs, therefore little time for cleaning, but Kerry and Helena worked their magic and made my house sparkle again. They are both extremely trustworthy and reliable. I honestly cannot recommend them enough. 100% excellent.
