Had made arrangements with them to come to my house. Didn't show up! Tried to call 3 times and left messages but no response from them.
Mark was excellent, can't recommend his services highly enough. I had two bad stains on a cream carpet and he got both of them out so well it looks brand new. Really happy with the result. He was really responsive to messages and came out quickly - really nice guy.

We had an older carpet from a previous house with furniture imprints on and creases from storage. It is now like new and we are thrilled.
