    Update: In an incredible turn of events, it appears if you request to cancel they will reply within hours to request £88. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid. Original: They did a great job the first time they came. The second time? I'm not so sure, didn't appear as though the windows had been done, but the Direct debit has been claimed however no text had been received to advise they were coming even though I'd emailed to let them know my number in July. Once I finally had a reply, I figured they'd must have not done the back of the house because those windows were still dirty as I'd not had the text to notify me so I hadn't left the side gate open. Not ideal but after a week or so of chasing them, I got an answer and they confirmed my number had been updated for next time. Figured I'd give them another go, they confirmed they'd be out around 10th October. No one's been. I emailed last week to enquire so I could ensure the side gate was open etc. No answer again. I appreciate running a small business must be incredibly demanding but I'm pretty disappointed that I'm having to chase for the basics so have emailed today to ask to be removed from the round. Going to find another cleaning service.

    Been using this company for a while now, but will be cancelling with immediate effect. We've had to delay our window cleaning due to restricted access to the back of my property, and I've politely notified them of this in response to the night before text they send before arriving the next day. Just found out they have sent someone to photograph my house! Not acceptable - a polite query to ask if everything was ok, would have proffered an explanation if needed, but this tactic is out of order. Just had message from owner demanding an explanation and then tells me he's removing me from the round. Really don't need this grief from a window cleaner. Shocking customer service. Unbelievable attitude. ***point of clarification to your reply Your operative spoke to my neighbour, not my husband - I was actually at home and they could have knocked on the door and spoken with me, the paying customer and I would have happily shown the access issue

    Paul set us up as a new client for domestic window cleaning, and sent a follow up text with the details of our first cleaning date and a direct debit link. We set up the direct debit almost immediately after and waited for our cleaning date. Despite previous guidance, we didn't receive a confirmation text the night before our clean, so I followed up to check it was still happening. Paul said no and proceeded to tell me to find a new window cleaner because I asked him to take off the additional first-clean £5 for the inconvenience. All it needed was a 'Unfortunately this won't be possible. Please let us know if you would like to continue with our services'. Terrible customer service when you've set up a (pretty expensive) regular payment with them.

    Paul came to clean my gutters a couple of weeks ago.. my gutters hadn't been done in years and years and I was so embarrassed, not to mention wet from the waterfalls it caused. After a couple of hours and a good bin full of grass, weeds, leaves, mud and moss later Paul had finished! He was excellent and I'd highly recommend, he was on time, extremely polite and hard-working and above all got the job done to high standard and he showed before and after photos as well.. kinda wishing I'd paid for the yearly clean now! Thank you Paul, I will use you again

    Booked using the messenger bot and was also contacted by the owner to confirm I would be added on the route. This was over 3 weeks ago and I've heard nothing since. I've tried contacting on multiple occasions but have not heard anything back at all apart from an auto response. Messenger bots if used correctly can be great towards improving customer service, this is an example of how not how to use them. Update: In response to the reply, I didn't setup payment as I had a query regarding a glass roof which was responded to saying a price would be given on the first clean (see screenshot). Even if I still needed to setup a DD for the first clean, a quick reply letting me know this would have resolved the situation. It's ironic that I was informed of this within 1 day of leaving a negative review, and not from me trying to contact on numerous occasions. The 1 star review is based on customer service experience not quality of work, which I feel is now even more justified from the threat of legal action (see screenshot).

    Over a year ago I was using PK Cleaning for my window cleaning but due to a change in circumstances I could no longer use them so started to clean my window myself. When I used them, i had no major issues. I thought they did an ok job. I mean at the end of the days it's not hard to clean a window. A year on and I recently contacted PK again to start up again and they said they were going to get back to me with a price. I had to chase a week later and I got told that I had cancelled a year ago and basically goodbye your custom is not welcome. I asked for clarification and didn't get any response. Looking back when I cancelled I did think the text messages did come across a little abrupt and also the DD wasn't cancelled too. I had recommend Paul/PK Cleaning to a neighbour but I will not be recommend to anyone else. If I was PK cleaning, I would see return business as a positive. It's such bizarre behaviour really.

    Have had PK Cleaning since I changed from window cleaners who were using ladders to clean my upstairs bay windows. The ladders were damaging and marking the new rendering I have on the front bays. The only time I contacted PK was to say they had not cleaned the small side window at the side of the house. It is easy to miss as it is at high level, but they have always done it since I mentioned it, so no problem really. They do a good job and they give value for money. I would personally recommend them, as I have to some of my neighbours who also use them now.

    I’ve used various window cleaning companies over the years but was always disappointed as they never cleaned the plastics. I came across Paul and when he called to survey the windows I explained that the plastics are as important to me as the windows, he agreed and I have been a very happy customer for months now! The text to let me know when they are coming and the payment system is an added bonus. I would highly recommend Paul and his guys to everyone who wants sparkling clean windows and plastics!
