Kept trying to charge us for cleaning the whole house (9 windows) when they actually only cleaned 2. As proven by CCTV footage. Windows that were cleaned looked worse afterwards. Then tried demanding money from my wife sending, demanding texts and emails. Do not use this company!
Great clean on a monthly basis. Fast and efficient service at a reasonable price. No mess or fuss, the service is great and payment by bank transfer is very easy and safe.

They are charging me £11 to clean two windows that looked even worse after they had been. I complained and got told that I still have to pay and If I am not happy to get someone else out to clean them. Worst company ever
£33 for a one off clean of a ground floor property with 6 standard windows and a patio door. No thank you.

I had cancelled this and only asked for a free one clean only. They are persisting in sending emails and texts demanding I pay money owed. Even after telephoning them to say that this was an error. The person on the phone was apologetic and said that she would get this cancelled I am still getting demanding texts. This company is not professional, courteous or reliable and I will not recommend them.

There was a tremendous amount of work to be done around the house and as were going to have friends over, I decided to get a helping hand from a window cleaning company. A simple search has led me to uk window clean and before I knew it they were at the house and did an amazing job my windows look fab! i will use them again.
