   Unbelievably rude, obnoxious and ignorant member of staff behind the counter. Confrontational and aggressive as soon as we stepped through the door. Worst service ever.

   Used the self service machines for a couple of months during our kitchen renovation. The staff are always friendly. Small machines are £7, medium £10 and large £15.

   Person at counter is bit rude and aggressive. I went because I have a feathers jacket that got a bit bumpy, lady didn't even let me finish and she said you have to dry it yourself. Then I tried to explain I wanted it washed and dried and she said it's expensive, it's not washable. I was about to say give it a try anyway but seemed like she was doing me a favour so I think I'll try somewhere else

   Been using their laundry self service as my washing machine brokedown. They have a lot of machines that we can use. The small ones could easily hold a load from a household. It costs £7 for a small machine and it's done in 30 mins or so. For dryers, it costs a point for 5 mins. I used the larkhill car park just down the road which offers 3 hours free parking. Friendly staff and courteous service. Definitely recommend!!

   Went to find out about the laundry machines service as i never used them in my life, lady was not friendly and didn't want to help and explain politely how to use them, rather she was being sarcastic, i left the place due to machines were busy. Find a better place if you need a good customer service. Prices were not reasonable too.

   I hadn’t used a laundrette in years so called beforehand as I wanted to wash the cover for a sofa. Andrea was very helpful & said to bring it in & she’d look at it. She did just that - took one look at it & told me what size machine to use. I was going for a very big one & she said to use the medium sized one which was actually cheaper. I was going for a coffee & she told me what time to come back at. I was back a few minutes early &, despite being on the phone & unloading machines, she brought me a chair from the back. She then helped me unload when my machine finished. Her advice was spot on & she has great customer service skills. If my machine breaks down, this will be where I’ll go. Thank you Andrea!

   Self-service price: £7 per washing machine (average drum size) , £1 per 5 minutes for a dryer (bigger than average drum size), 40p for 1 washing powder scoop. Cash only. The place is quite popular during weekends, I only had to wait for a bit though and there was a Costa near by where you could sit and wait for your laundry.
