   Whoever was driving your van from Manchester, going north in the M602 queue yesterday (11th sept) was on her phone throughout the whole journey. She was that oblivious to what was going on that she let in about 10 cars infront of her because she was too distracted by her phone to even think about moving forward when there was a gap in the queue. Held up everyone behind her for about 20 minutes more than necessary. And, when we exited the queue, she was doing about 40mph in the middle lane. It was a 70 limit. I overtook her and, lo and behold, she was still looking down at her phone. Not something you should be doing when you’re driving a branded van. Not something you should be doing at all.
