phoned this morning really pleasant on the phone told me to bring hoover in did that this afternoon big shop very impressive with all hoovers in for repair and parts everywhere. looked at my cordless although they could not sort it they tried various parts still would not work then he went to find me the part i needed with part number phone number and price went far beyond what was needed offered to pay him for his time but would not accept anything top man would defo recommend to anyone. thanks again. ray eccleshare
Spares are ethically priced and the service is excellent. The staff went above and beyond—he kept searching until he found exactly what I needed. On top of that, he offered helpful advice to prevent the issue from happening again. It’s rare these days to come across a business I can genuinely recommend, but this is definitely one of them.
From start to finish J Barlows have been wonderful. Our very ancient Kirby has a new lease of life,performed in less than a day and restored to her former self. Very reasonably priced and courteous company to do business with, which is very much valued this day and age. She had to travel from Bristol to Manchester and back again all in less than a week ,including weekend in between, from start to finish. Thank you J.Barlow’s. We would certainly recommend you.
Had my DC33 repaired and serviced, friendly and efficient and good price too considering i had a number of parts broken. Communication was good and ensuring i was happy with repairs to go ahead beforehand. Vacuum back to working as good as new all cleaned. Very happy with the service all around. All staff i spoke to were professional and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic service! Highly recommend. These guys repaired my shark hoover. I rung in advance and they repaired and serviced it while I waited, only waited around 45mins max. Its like brand new hoover again. 5* service, thankyou!
Drove quite a distance to get my Dyson repaired, and Jon was happy to repair it whilst I waited, excellent customer service! Turns out we both have family run businesses.....and we both agree how important customers are, so we go that extra mile! What a difference! It's like a new vac, and if I can recommend anything-get your vac regularly serviced-it'll save you money in the long run as well as much frustration!
