   Do not work for these people unless you know the law on holidays and pay. They literally make up there own rules and try to get away with it. They tell you you don't earn holidays for the first or last month you work there. Totally wrong. I had to fight for what was owed. Your not told until last minute if your holidays have been granted and sometimes your holidays are put on hold until they can be bothered to except them. Never got paid my last wage so had to chase it up, being told nobody had collect my work clothes from my place of work.(not my fault) No reply to resignation letter. Rude (certain) managers who have absolutely no idea what the other managers are doing. On work front, no check up of work, no training what so ever and hardly any cleaning stuff delivered. Colour coded work barely happened as stuff wasn't delivered . So glad I'm out of there.

   we utilised SMC Premier Industrial Cleaning services for our new hospital facility in London, our initial Company let us down and they were able to supply a team of Cleaning staff over a weekend prior to our Opening of the New building and we passed our CQC visit. Thank you to your team, we would have no hesitation in using you again.

   Previously used SMC Premier Cleaning Ltd and found the staff to be very pleasant and take good instructions. Did a great job with the cleaning and available to do additional jobs as and when required. Would definitely use again and recommend as a contract cleaner.
